This optional Protection Plan extends your included Standard Manufacturer Warranty by adding coverage for accidental damage, wind damage, and other unexpected incidents not covered under the standard warranty.

Coverage:

The Newstate Frame Protection Plan is available for $179 and provides coverage for three (3) years from the original purchase date.

Coverage includes:

• One (1) complete replacement hardware frame if your original frame sustains significant accidental or structural damage.

• Replacement hardware components – including legs, crossbars, roof trusses, feet, and connectors – provided at no additional charge for eligible claims, up to the value of one complete replacement frame.

1. How it works?

Minor damage?

We’ll ship the necessary replacement parts at no cost.

Additional eligible damage?

We’ll continue providing replacement parts until the cumulative value reaches the equivalent of one replacement frame.

Major damage?

If your frame sustains extensive damage affecting multiple structural components, we’ll replace the entire hardware frame.

Once a complete replacement frame has been issued, the Protection Plan is considered fulfilled and expires. Customers may keep their original damaged frame for spare parts.

2. Coverage Details

• Valid for three (3) years from the original purchase date.

• Original purchaser only.

• Non-transferable.

• Applies only to the original hardware purchased with the Protection Plan.

• Replacement frame will be the same size and equivalent model originally purchased.

• Graphics, printed fabric, carrying bags, accessories, and other products are not included.

3. Exclusions

The Protection Plan does not cover:

• Theft or loss.

• Intentional damage or abuse.

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations.

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect the structural function of the hardware.

4. Eligibility

The Newstate Frame Protection Plan must be purchased at the time of the original hardware purchase and cannot be added after the order has been delivered.

Protection Plan benefits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be transferred to another owner or applied toward future purchases.

Newstate Branding Co. reserves the right to determine whether an eligible claim is best resolved through replacement parts or a complete hardware frame replacement.
