At Newstate Branding Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. Our goal is to provide durable, long-lasting displays while resolving any issues fairly and quickly. To help you understand what is and is not covered, please review the details below.

1. Lifetime Warranty (Hardware & Frames Only)
We provide a lifetime warranty on all hardware and aluminum frames. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing or materials, and structural failures under normal use.
Not covered under this warranty:
– Damage caused by weather (wind, rain, storms). In these cases, we can often provide replacement poles or offer discounted rates for new frames.
– Accidental damage or improper use.
– Cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, or minor wear.
– Normal wear and tear over time.
Shipping costs for warranty replacements may apply.
2. Limited Warranty on Custom-Printed Graphics
Custom-printed graphics are covered under a limited warranty. This warranty applies to production-related defects, including:
– Incorrect sizing that does not match the approved proof.
– Major color mismatches compared to the approved proof when a Pantone PMS code was provided.
Not covered under this warranty:
– Fading from sunlight exposure.
– Damage from improper storage, handling, or outdoor use after delivery.
– Any changes made after the proof was approved.
– Errors in customer-provided content such as spelling, grammar, or logos.
– Printed colors when no Pantone PMS code was provided, but the colors matched the approved proof.
3. Proof Accuracy Guarantee
If your final product does not match the approved design proof, we will reprint it at no cost. To qualify, clients must provide photos and report the issue within 5 business days of receiving the item.
4. Replacement Parts & Repairs
When possible, we can provide replacement components such as bars, feet, or connectors without requiring the purchase of an entire unit. Replacement parts are offered at discounted rates, or free if under warranty, and availability depends on current production.
In cases where frames or hardware are heavily damaged due to weather, misuse, or wear, or if a client simply prefers a full replacement, a new frame must be purchased. Our warranty is intended to support repairs with individual parts, not to replace entire frames once they have been used.
5. Warranty Claims Process
To file a claim:
– Email with original order # or message us INSIDE your client portal with photos of the issue, and a description of what happened.
– Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery if the item arrived damaged or defective.
– We will review your claim and determine the best resolution, which may include replacement parts or a full replacement if the product qualifies under warranty.
