WARRANTY

At Newstate Branding Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty on all hardware and aluminum frames and a limited warranty on custom-printed graphics, giving you confidence in your purchase. While our products are built to last, it’s important to note that weather-related damage, misuse, and general wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
Our goal is to resolve any issues quickly and fairly — and in many cases, we can provide individual replacement parts without requiring you to repurchase the entire setup.
What Our Warranty Covers:
1. Lifetime Warranty (Hardware & Frames Only)

We provide a lifetime warranty on all hardware and aluminum frames, covering:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Structural failures not caused by misuse

What’s not covered:

  • Weather-related damage (e.g. wind, rain, storms)
  • Accidental or improper use
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, minor wear)
  • Normal wear and tear over time

2. Limited Warranty on Custom-Printed Graphics

Custom-printed graphics are covered under a limited warranty for:

  • Production defects (e.g. incorrect size, major color mismatches from approved proof)

Not covered:

  • Fading from sun exposure
  • Damage from improper storage or handling
  • Any changes made after proof approval

3. Proof Accuracy Guarantee

If your final product does not match the approved design proof, we’ll reprint it at no cost.
Terms apply. Client must provide clear photos and report the issue within 5 business days of receiving the item.


4. Replacement Parts & Repairs

If minor parts (bars, feet, connectors) are damaged, we offer affordable replacement components without needing to purchase a whole new unit — as long as the item is still in production.


5. Warranty Claims Process

To file a claim:

  • Email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of what happened.
  • We’ll evaluate and let you know the best resolution, whether that’s a replacement part or full unit replacement (if under warranty).
  • All claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your product if there’s a visible defect or damage during shipping.
