Quick summary:

– Hardware and aluminum tent frames: Limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects.

– Custom-printed graphics: Limited warranty covering production defects.

– Warranty claims: Defective or damaged items must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery with photos.

– Not covered: Wind damage, weather-related damage, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, theft, loss, or normal wear and tear.

** Customers seeking coverage for accidental damage or wind damage may purchase the optional Tent Frame Protection Plan at the time of their original hardware purchase.

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty (Hardware & Frames Only)

Our hardware and aluminum frames are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

This warranty includes:

• Manufacturing defects.

• Structural failures caused by defective materials or workmanship.

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Wind, storms, rain, or other weather-related damage.

• Accidental damage.

• Negligence or improper use.

• Cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, dents, or normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by improper setup, improper anchoring, transportation, storage, or unauthorized modifications.

When applicable, replacement parts will be provided under warranty.

Shipping charges for warranty replacements may apply.

2. Limited Warranty on Custom-Printed Graphics

Custom-printed graphics are covered under a limited warranty. This warranty applies to production-related defects, including:

– Incorrect sizing that does not match the approved proof.

– Major color mismatches compared to the approved proof when a Pantone PMS code was provided.

– Sewing malfunctions on seams or grommet issues.

Not covered under this warranty:

– Fading from sunlight exposure.

– Damage from improper storage, handling, or outdoor use after delivery.

– Any changes made after the proof was approved for production.

– Errors in customer-provided content such as spelling, grammar, or logos. Errors present when designs were approved for production by client.

– Printed colors when no Pantone PMS code was provided, but the colors matched the approved proof.

3. Proof Accuracy Guarantee

If your final product does not match the approved design proof, we will reprint it at no cost. To qualify, clients must provide photos and report the issue within 5 business days of receiving the item.

4. Replacement Parts & Repairs

Whenever practical, damaged hardware may be repaired using replacement components such as legs, crossbars, feet, roof trusses, or connectors. Customer is responsible for installing and or repairing their hardware after receiving the replacement parts.

For damage not covered under standard warranty, replacement parts are available for purchase at discounted rates.

If a frame has sustained extensive damage or a customer prefers to replace the entire frame, replacement hardware frames are available for purchase at current pricing. (We can extend a small discount to help in some cases)

5. Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim:

• Contact us through your Client Portal or by email.

• Include your original order number.

• Provide clear photographs and or video of the issue.

• Include a brief description of what occurred.

Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair recommendations, or replacement of qualifying items covered under this warranty.

Warranty coverage is subject to inspection and approval by Newstate Branding Co.

We do offer a Tent Frame Protection Plan which will extend what we cover for situations that are outside of our standard manufacture warranty of Tent Frames.
