Terms of Sales

All Sales Final
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and production has begun.

Rush & Tight Turnarounds

  • Standard Production Time – Our standard production timeline is 7–10 business days after artwork approval unless otherwise noted. Shipping time is additional.
  • Rush Requests – If you have an urgent event, we will prioritize your order whenever possible. This means your project may be pushed to the front of our production queue, which normally operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please understand this is done as a courtesy and guarantees expedited production only, not an in-hand delivery date.
  • Approval Deadlines – Production cannot begin until artwork is fully approved. Delays in providing or approving artwork will directly affect production and delivery timelines.
  • Shipping & Transit – All shipments are sent via priority shipping (typically 2–4 business days in transit). Once your order leaves our facility, we rely on carriers (UPS/FedEx) for delivery. Transit times are outside of our control and may vary. We cannot guarantee exact in-hand dates when production and shipping windows are shorter than standard.
  • Risk of Tight Deadlines – Orders requiring delivery within less than 5 business days from artwork approval carry an inherent risk. While we will always do everything possible to meet your deadline, the customer assumes responsibility if shipping or production timelines cannot align due to the shortened window.
  • We do not provide refunds if orders do not arrive on time, including delays caused by shipping carriers. Refunds cannot be issued once production has begun or once items have been dispatched from our facility. Please note, we are not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or tracking shipments after they leave our facility.

    It is the client’s responsibility to monitor tracking and coordinate directly with the courier for delivery or any shipment issues. While we are happy to provide tracking details and assist where possible, ultimate responsibility for receiving and coordinating shipments rests with the client.

  • Recommended Best Practice – To avoid risk, we strongly recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks before your event date. This ensures proper time for production, quality checks, and shipping.

Free Design Included
All paid orders include complimentary design services. This offer is exclusive to completed purchases. You’ll receive digital proofs for review and approval prior to production. It is your responsibility to carefully review all details. Once approved, no further changes can be made. You do not have to utilize our free design service. You may take care of the design and customization of your project and setup on your end either by utilizing your own design team, or even hiring any designer of your choosing after downloading our provided print ready design files!

Turnaround Times
Our standard production time is 7–10 business days after final design approval for most custom display products and event setups.

  • Custom keychains and specialty items may take longer.
  • Printed cards and similar items may be produced more quickly.

Shipping time is additional and varies by carrier and location.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship via trusted carriers and provide tracking once your order ships. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Once an order has shipped, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other external factors.
Refunds or cancellations are not permitted once a shipment is in transit or delayed due to courier-related issues. For updates, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damage or Defect Claims
If your order arrives with damage or defects, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before design work has begun. If design proofs have been created, the order may not be canceled.

File Submissions
All artwork and design assets should be uploaded via WeTransfer or Basecamp. Delays in submitting files may impact your production timeline.

Payment & Security
Payments are processed via secure, encrypted third-party gateways. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
