Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
Free Design & Customization
All paid orders include complimentary professional design support. This service is exclusively available to customers who have completed a purchase. You’ll receive digital proofs for review and approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully check all details before approval. Once approved, production begins, and changes cannot be made.
Production & Turnaround Times
Standard production turnaround is 7–10 business days after final design approval for most of our custom display products and event setups.

Custom keychains or specialty accessories may require a longer lead time depending on complexity and volume.

Printed materials or card items may be completed faster depending on availability and production capacity.
Turnaround time does not include shipping time, which varies by location and carrier.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders via trusted carriers and provide tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
Once an order has shipped, it is considered out of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather events, or any circumstances beyond our direct handling.
Refunds or cancellations are not permitted once a shipment is in transit or delayed due to courier-related issues. If a delay occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for updates using the tracking number provided.
Damage or Defect Claims
If your order arrives with visible damage or defects, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution. Include clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging for evaluation.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before design work begins. If design proofs have already been created, a cancellation may not be possible.
File Submissions
All artwork and design files should be submitted through our approved channels (Basecamp or WeTransfer). Delays in file submissions may delay your order.
Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely via our encrypted payment gateways. We do not store or retain your credit card information.
