Client warrants that they own the appropriate copyrights to content (images, designs, copy, and other creative works) furnished to Newstate for production of the Client’s order. Client further agrees that they will protect Newstate from claims by third parties claiming copyright infringement and pay all legal costs associated with such claims.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of this site’s owner or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of this site’s owner and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of this site’s owner or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Clients who order from Newstate agree that Newstate may link to Client websites, publicly display and distribute Client-provided testimonials in all their forms, use copies or extracts from deliverables, display likenesses of current and past employees, and display trademarked Client logos and logotype, for the solicitation and marketing of its services.
Clients who contract with Newstate to produce a creative work (a “Design”) on their behalf are provided with a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publicly display that Design in conjunction with the associated Items shown on the Client’s paid invoice. Newstate retains ownership of copyrights associated with all Designs created by Newstate and its agents.
Newstate offers limited warranty on select hardware on a case by case basis.
- Policy applies to original purchaser.
- No product registration is required.
- Newstate will replace or repair hardware of select hardware purchased by our customers. However, Newstate reserves the right to inspect hardware and exclude warranty claims that have resulted from vandalism, theft, negligence, fire, natural disasters, modifications, or losses in shipment that may be covered by your insurance and/or freight carrier.
- Lifetime hardware warranty does not apply to graphics or electrical components.
- Warranty repairs will follow general turn around times and will need to be coordinated and processed through Newstate.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Each warranty, repair, or replacement case will be handled uniquely. Because of that not each claim will result in replacement or exchange.
Once your order has been received, you should receive a confirmation email containing your order receipt. If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folders to ensure it is not there. If you still have not seen the email please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may look into it.
Once your order is received please allow up to 3-14 business days for your order to be shipped. If you have a deadline always email us to ensure we are aware of the deadline to provide you with expedited services.
All domestic orders will be shipped out via FEDEX IP. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
All International orders will be shipped out via FEDEX IP. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
In order to track your order, please visit the “TRACKING” section of the site located at the top left corner. You will need the email address you used during checkout, “Billing email” as well as your order ID in order to track your package.
Newstate will accept returns of products of stock items such as literature displays, black, blue, or burgundy budget tri-fold displays without restocking fee.
All of the above items must be returned in new condition and within 14 days of purchase.
Items such as shipping cases, unprinted table covers, lighting and pop-up displays in standard colors black, blue, and grey are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Client is responsible for all return shipping fees.
The following items are not returnable:
- Printed graphics
- Truss displays
- Displays with printed graphics
- Banner stands with printed graphics
- Printed table covers
- Custom Modular displays (Exhibitline, XRline, etc.)
- All custom display purchases
Exchanges are not available for custom printed orders.
