CUSTOMER SERVICE

GENERAL//

Newstate Branding Co. does not provide any “rush order” services.

Our typical turnaround for all custom orders is 7-10 business days after artwork is approved for production. Our Production turnaround does not include the actual delivery or shipment transit time. Shipment/delivery times are not guaranteed as we have no control over shipping or unforseen shipment delays. Newstate Branding Co. will utilize whichever shipping method is the fastest and will always ship Priority. Only Products purchased from our MADE IN USA SECTION are we able to provide accurate in hand dates. Our Discounted Packages, and Expo Kits require a 7-10 business day lead in order to effectively and properly manufacture and deliver your order at the discounted rate and cost we are offering those packages and kits for.

If you have an event that is coming up – please allocate enough time for production (7-10 business days) as well as at least (2-4 business days for shipping) and plan ahead with your order. If you have an event please discuss with us prior to purchasing to see if we will be able to accomodate faster production in order to try and meet your needed in hand date by.

Newstate Branding Co. LLC, is not liable nor responsible for shipment delays, issues, damages, or deliveries once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If items are damaged during transit – please contact us immediately with photos of both the box as well as the damage that has occurred so that we may process and replace the damaged items as soon as possible for you! Once your order has departed from our facilities the receiver of the order is then responsible for coordinating with the delivery carrier for any issues, tracking, or pick-up requests.  Newstate Branding Co. LLC will provide you with tracking information once your item has dispatched from our facility.

Newstate offers lifetime warranty on all hardware and display products purchased from Newstatebranding.com. Our warranty will cover:

  • Items which arrive with visible manufacture defects, or misprints that were not in the design proof. Defects would include: Rips, tears, or damages not caused by customer negligence.
  • Items and hardware which arrive damaged from shipping. (Must notify us within 5-7 business days with photos of the box it arrived in, as well as the damaged item(s) and area in which damage is visible)
  • Policy applies to original purchaser (must provide order number).
  • No product registration is required.

Newstate reserves the right to inspect hardware and exclude warranty claims that have resulted from: vandalism, theft, negligence, fire, natural disasters, excessive winds/ storms, or modifications.

  • Lifetime hardware warranty does not apply to graphics or electrical components.
  • Warranty repairs will follow general turn around times and will need to be coordinated and processed through Newstate.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Each warranty, repair, or replacement case will be handled uniquely. Because of that not each claim will result in replacement or exchange.

Newstate provides global manufacturing of custom display products. In order to provide you with the most affordable, and fastest production of custom display and printed products – we utilize manufacturing facilities across the USA as well as Overseas. Most of our items are manufactured across partnered print facilities across the USA and dispatched directly to our customers in order to provide fast turnaround services.

We provide in house screen printing in our Phoenix facility.

We also have hardware warehouses in New Jersey and California where we store a variety of tent hardware and accessories to provide quick delivery of those components to our customers.

Our commitment is to provide superior products, and excellent customer service. We will do everything possible to make things right if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

The following items are not returnable:

  • Printed graphics
  • Custom printed displays
  • Displays with printed graphics
  • Banner stands with printed graphics
  • Printed table covers
  • Custom Modular displays
  • All custom display purchases
  • Custom printed accessories
  • Anything custom printed may not be returned

If there are defects on your custom printed display products such as rips, tears, or markings that arrived so from our facility, please email us immediately upon noticing and we will work with you on that matter. Please send photos of the defects or issue or file a warranty claim.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not available for custom printed orders.

COPYRIGHT & ORDERS //

Client warrants that they own the appropriate copyrights to content (images, designs, copy, and other creative works) furnished to Newstate for production of the Client’s order. Client further agrees that they will protect Newstate from claims by third parties claiming copyright infringement and pay all legal costs associated with such claims.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of this site’s owner or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of this site’s owner and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of this site’s owner or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Clients who order from Newstate agree that Newstate may link to Client websites, publicly display and distribute Client-provided testimonials in all their forms, use copies or extracts from deliverables, display likenesses of current and past employees, and display trademarked Client logos and logotype, for the solicitation and marketing of its services.

Clients who contract with Newstate to produce a creative work (a “Design”) on their behalf are provided with a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publicly display that Design in conjunction with the associated Items shown on the Client’s paid invoice. Newstate retains ownership of copyrights associated with all Designs created by Newstate and its agents.

Once your order has been received, you should receive a confirmation email containing your order receipt. If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folders to ensure it is not there. If you still have not seen the email please email us at support@newstatebranding.com so we may look into it.

PAYMENT//

Newstate Branding accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Once you have placed an order with Newstate™ online you should see NSB™ on your bank statement.

Newstate Branding Co. LLC does provide the customer the option to checkout and pay for their order via a payment plan during checkout from one of our finance merchants such as Affirm or Klarna. (Subject to eligibility. Terms & Conditions apply) Newstate branding Co. is not responsible for the approval or finance process and utilizes third party merchants. If you have questions regarding the exact terms and conditions of your eligibility, please contact either Affirm, or Klarna.

Financing & Payments are strictly for individuals and not intended for businesses.

ACCOUNTS//

Please click on the “Login/Register” button located at the top right of the web site in order to login and register a new account.

You can find our newsletter sign up during the checkout process, or look out for a popup box when you first visit the site. Simply input your desired email address there in order to sign up for our newsletters. Our newsletter is a great way to receive discounts and promos, and up coming release information before anyone else!

In order to update your account information, please login. Once logged in you will be able to update your address, email address, and other information in the “My Account” section of the web site.

If you forgot your password please click the “Lost your password?” button in the login/register prompt in order to recover your password. If you are have other issues and still cant log in after that please email support@worldrebels.com so we could take a look into it.
