Newstate Branding Co. does not offer rush order services.
Production Turnaround
- Standard production time for all custom orders is 7-10 business days after artwork approval.
- Production time does not include shipping transit time.
- Orders from our MADE IN USA section are the only products where we can provide guaranteed in-hand dates.
- Discounted Packages & Expo Kits require the full 7-10 business day lead time to ensure proper production and delivery at the discounted rate.
Shipping & Delivery
- We always ship via the fastest available method, prioritizing expedited shipping, but delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.
- If you have an upcoming event, please plan accordingly, allowing 7-10 business days for production and 2-4 business days for shipping. Contact us before placing an order to check if we can accommodate your timeline.
Liability & Damages
- Newstate Branding Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or delivery issues once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box so we can process a replacement as soon as possible.
- Once shipped, the recipient is responsible for tracking, delivery coordination, and any carrier-related inquiries. We will provide tracking details upon dispatch or within 24hrs after leaving our facility.
Newstate offers a lifetime warranty on all hardware and a limited warranty on graphics purchased from NewstateBranding.com.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing Defects – Items with visible defects or misprints not present in the approved design proof. This includes rips, tears, or damage not caused by customer negligence.
- Shipping Damage – Items or hardware that arrive damaged due to shipping. Must notify us within 5-7 business days and provide photos of the shipping box and damaged item(s), showing the affected area.
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (must provide order number).
- No product registration is required.
- Exclusions: Newstate reserves the right to inspect and deny warranty claims resulting from vandalism, theft, negligence, fire, natural disasters, excessive wind/storms, or unauthorized modifications.
- Graphics and electrical components are not covered under the lifetime hardware warranty.
- Warranty claims must be coordinated through Newstate and are subject to standard turnaround times.
- Shipping costs for warranty claims, repairs, or replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
- Each claim is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A claim does not guarantee a replacement or exchange.

To maintain fast and cost-effective production, we utilize state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities both domestically and internationally. The majority of our custom-printed display products are produced in our primary facility, which allows us to offer highly competitive pricing and industry-leading turnaround times. Despite common concerns about international production, our shipping times are often faster than standard domestic fulfillment.
For added convenience, we also maintain hardware warehouses in New Jersey and California, where we stock a variety of tent frames and accessories for quick delivery.
By leveraging a strategic global supply chain, we are able to provide high-quality custom displays with exceptional speed and efficiency.
Our commitment is to provide superior products, and excellent customer service. We will do everything possible to make things right if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
The following items are not returnable:
- Printed graphics
- Custom printed displays
- Displays with printed graphics
- Banner stands with printed graphics
- Printed table covers
- Custom Modular displays
- All custom display purchases
- Custom printed accessories
- Anything custom printed may not be returned
If there are defects on your custom printed display products such as rips, tears, or markings that arrived so from our facility, please email us immediately upon noticing and we will work with you on that matter. Please send photos of the defects or issue or file a warranty claim.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not available for custom printed orders.
COPYRIGHT & ORDERS //
Client warrants that they own the appropriate copyrights to content (images, designs, copy, and other creative works) furnished to Newstate for production of the Client’s order. Client further agrees that they will protect Newstate from claims by third parties claiming copyright infringement and pay all legal costs associated with such claims.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of this site’s owner or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of this site’s owner and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of this site’s owner or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Clients who order from Newstate agree that Newstate may link to Client websites, publicly display and distribute Client-provided testimonials in all their forms, use copies or extracts from deliverables, display likenesses of current and past employees, and display trademarked Client logos and logotype, for the solicitation and marketing of its services.
Clients who contract with Newstate to produce a creative work (a “Design”) on their behalf are provided with a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publicly display that Design in conjunction with the associated Items shown on the Client’s paid invoice. Newstate retains ownership of copyrights associated with all Designs created by Newstate and its agents.
Once your order has been received, you should receive a confirmation email containing your order receipt. If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folders to ensure it is not there.
